Bottomless Brunch Offer

- A table for Bottomless Brunch is time-limited to 90 minutes. This commences from the time your first drinks are recieved.
- Last seating at 13:00pm. Subject to availability.
- Each drink will be replaced once one is finished.

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions (9 people or more)
CONFIRMATION
To confirm a booking (excludes Christmas bookings), a £5 credit card hold may be needed.
Deposit to be taken on confirmation of booking. Any bookings of 10 or more without a deposit payment may be cancelled if deposit payment not received within 72 hours of provisional booking.
Failure to pay the deposit will result in your provisional booking being cancelled unless otherwise agreed, and your table being released to other customers.
The balance of the meal must be settled on the date of your reservation along with any drinks and extras.
GUEST NUMBERS
We will do our best to accommodate any increases in party size after your reservation has been confirmed but cannot guarantee that additional guests will be able to dine.
For groups of 10 or more, a pre-order is required at least 7 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel more than 28 days prior to your booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
Should you cancel within 7 days prior to your booking, your credit card may be charged but can be transferred as credit to another date.

Christmas & New Year’s Eve Terms & Conditions
CONFIRMATION
To confirm a reservation for our Christmas Party Menu, or a New Year’s Eve dining experience, a credit card hold is required for booking to the amount of your food bill. £10 per person will be charged for cancellations or party size reductions within 7 days of the event. The full meal per person will be charged for cancellations or reductions on the day of the event.
To confirm a reservation for an a la carte dining experience at the pub in December, a £10 credit card hold per person may also be required.
Pre-orders will be required for all Christmas and New Year’s Eve menu dining experiences that require a deposit at the time of booking (excludes a la carte menus). Dates for pre-order deadlines will be confirmed at the time of enquiry. The balance of the meal must be settled on the date of your reservation along with any drinks and extras.
GUEST NUMBERS
Should your party decrease in size, we will refund the deposit in full prior to 7 days in advance of your booking. Any reduction in your party size after this date will result in a loss of your deposit. Additionally, should someone from your party cancel on the day; we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated. We will do our best to accommodate any increases in party size after your reservation has been confirmed but cannot guarantee that additional guests will be able to dine.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 7 days prior to your party. Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day; we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated. Mother's/Father’s Day Terms & Conditions
CONFIRMATION
To confirm a reservation on Mother's/Father’s Day, a £32 per person credit card hold is required for booking. £10 per person will be charged for cancellations or party size reductions within 7 days of the event. The full £32 per person will be charged for cancellations or reductions on the day of the event.

A credit card hold of £5 per person may be required to confirm a booking in a private dining room or event.
For whole pub bookings, a deposit and minimum spend requirement will be agreed in advance. The deposit will need to be paid in full in order to confirm the reservation.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel 7 days prior to the event, we may charge the £5 credit card hold.
FUNCTIONS, CONFERENCES & PARTIES
We require a guarantee deposit of 25% of the contracted amount.
Full payment and final numbers are required 14 days prior to your booking.
Flexibility to cancel up to 14 days prior, for which we will retain up to 20% of your deposit.
Royal Exchange Loyalty Scheme
- Our Royal Exchange Loyalty Scheme is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit one of our participating venues. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Account User must only use the Account in accordance with the Scheme rules.
- Each Account is personal to the Account holder or relevant Account User to whom it is issued and neither the Account nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Account, please contact us.
- Our Loyalty is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
- The Royal Exchange will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the programme being cancelled or amended.
- Member will be informed or any significant changes to the loyalty scheme by email or via our website. Continued use of the scheme will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to terms and conditions.
Rewards Points and Member Benefits
- To receive and redeem points on your Loyalty Account you must first register through our QR Code.
- Each Loyalty point is worth 2p.
- Points can be earned on the purchase of all food and beverages.
- Loyalty points are not awarded on the purchase of Gift Cards or Tickets to private events.
- Reward points awarded may be reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any reward points earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the card.
- In order to earn reward points on purchases, the account must be presented with the bill prior to purchase. Reward points cannot be added after the transaction is completed. If you forget your loyalty card please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
- Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Cancellation and Termination and Expiry
- Cancellation and redemption: You have the right to cancel your loyalty account at any time by letting us know by email: bookings@royalexchangelindford.co.uk On receipt of the the notice any monetary value will be forfeited and any points value cancelled. Your account will no longer be able to be used.
- The Royal Exchange reserves the right to terminate any guests membership of the Loyalty Scheme. In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Scheme that member’s monetary balance will be forfeited and unused points will be cancelled. We also reserve the right to refuse future signups.
- Your Loyalty Account does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use your Loyalty Account for a period of one year or more, your points may expire.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Loyalty scheme on reasonable notice. The amended terms will apply to the use of your Loyalty Account.
General
- We do not warrant or represent that your Loyalty card will always be accepted at The Royal Exchange. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of IT and communications systems, we may not be able to add points or redeem any stored monetary value as payment during such a system failure
- We shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.
Data Protection Statement
In order to participate in the Royal Exchange Loyalty scheme, members are required to provide personal details to register. This information will be process in accordance with our data protection policies. Members can amend these details at any time by accessing their online account.
We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third party groups for their marketing purposes.
We will use your personal details to send you information about your Loyalty Account and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
